We want everyone who plays WC26 Predict to have a fun, fair, and positive experience. While this is not a gambling product, we recognise that any activity involving optional financial contributions warrants clear, transparent communication — and we take that responsibility seriously.

Our commitment is to keep WC26 Predict accessible, honest, and enjoyable for all players, regardless of whether they choose to make a supporter contribution.

WC26 Predict is open to anyone aged 18 or over. We enforce this age limit in line with industry best practice, even though this is not a gambling product, to ensure our platform is used responsibly.

Players must be at least 18 to make an optional supporter contribution.

Every core feature of WC26 Predict — predicting match scores, earning points, appearing on the live leaderboard, following live match results — is available completely free of charge. No payment is necessary to enjoy the full prediction experience.

The optional £11.50 supporter contribution grants prize eligibility only. Free players compete with identical rules, the same scoring system, and appear on the same Overall Leaderboard as contributing players.

The £11.50 supporter contribution is a one-time, optional payment. Making this contribution makes you prize-eligible, but does not guarantee a prize. Prizes are awarded based on prediction accuracy — a skill-based outcome.

Important: Only make the optional contribution if you are comfortable doing so. It does not affect your ability to play, compete, or enjoy the game. There is no benefit to contributing that improves your odds beyond your own football knowledge and skill.

Once made, supporter contributions are non-refundable under standard circumstances, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

WC26 Predict is a skill-based competition. Outcomes are determined entirely by the accuracy of your football predictions — there is no house edge, no random draw, and no element of chance that is independent of your skill.

If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties with spending online, support is available. While WC26 Predict is not a gambling product, we take the well-being of our players seriously.

50% of every optional supporter contribution is donated to Thurso and District Pipe Band, the organising body. The purpose of WC26 Predict is to celebrate World Cup 2026 football and raise funds for a community cause — not to generate profit.
